ELVORAE REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Elvorae, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to delivering a premium skincare experience. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we maintain a strict and clearly defined return policy to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and fairness to all customers.
By placing an order with Elvorae, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. STRICT 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW (FROM SHIPMENT DATE)
All return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date your order was marked as delivered.
Requests submitted after this 7-day window will be automatically denied without exception.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- Item(s) must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products under any circumstances.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
5. RETURN PROCESS (REQUIRED APPROVAL)
All returns require prior authorization.

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Elvorae is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
7. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Elvorae reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet eligibility requirements.
8. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By purchasing from Elvorae, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to dispute the chargeback
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the return policy above.
10. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
Elvorae reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy. We also reserve the right to limit or deny transactions from customers who abuse or attempt to manipulate our policies.
