Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. NOTE: To track package you must click "View your order". Once redirected click the tracking number link.

If your country is not listed above, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.

United States – Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–18 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and the local postal service in your country.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elvorae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly for assistance.
